1P autolocks instantly, impossible to use

Hi there, 

Whenever I try to use 1P chrome extension it autolocks instantly leaving me in a loop. 

I'm unable to use the autofill at all.

I've tried reinstalling 1P, 1P extension, updating OS, using clean Chrome, restarting my laptop, clearing cookies/cache.

Nothing has helped so far.

I'm on

Chrome: Version 136.0.7103.94 (Official Build) (arm64)
macOS: 15.4.1
1P: 1Password for Mac 8.10.76 (81076034)
1P Extension: 8.10.75.1

Hi @alex_ne! Thanks for letting us know about this unexpected behavior. My apologies for the trouble here.

Could you try configuring 1Password for Mac to run in the background, then let us know if you're still seeing this behavior? You can do so with these steps:

  1. Open and unlock 1Password for Mac.
  2. Open the account dropdown in the menu bar.
  3. Click Settings > General.
  4. If off, turn "Keep 1Password in the menu bar" on.

Let us know if you see any change in behavior, and thanks again!
