1P extension for Safari not showing all entries for Amazon

I have more than three entries for Amazon in my 1Password vault, and upon unlocking 1Password extension for Safari in macOS Tahoe, only three of the five I have  are displayed. Unfortunately they aren’t the entries I need. Why can’t I view all entries for Amazon that I currently have in my vault?

Hi there, thanks for posting!

There are a few things that could explain why only some of your Amazon entries are appearing in the extension. The below options are worth checking first:

  • Search within the extension - type "Amazon" in the search bar to see if the missing entries show up that way, which can help narrow down whether they're being filtered from the inline menu’s suggestions or missing entirely.
  • Check the URLs on your items - if the missing entries don't have the correct URL saved in the website field, the extension may not recognise them as relevant to that page.
  • Travel Mode - if Travel Mode is active, only items in vaults marked as safe for travel will be visible.
  • Vault access settings - if you're on a business account, it's possible a vault is set to not display in the extension, so any items within that vault won’t appear.

If none of those account for it, it would be worth reaching out to our support team at support@1password.com so they can take a closer look at your specific setup and investigate whether you might be running into a sync issue.

Hope that helps!
