1P firefox unlocking using passcode not working

It sounds like there may be an issue with the communication between the browser extension and 1Password app on your device. Could you try following the steps in the article below to see if that resolves the issue?

If the 1Password browser extension doesn’t unlock when you unlock the 1Password app

If that doesn't work, I'd like to ask you to create some diagnostics reports, one from each of the following:

Send a diagnostics report (browser extension)
Send a diagnostics report (Windows)

Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to support@1password.com
