Question

1P is putting incorrect expiration date in credit card form

I am having a continuing problem with 1P not putting in the correct expiration date of a credit card when I use it to make a purchase.  I believe it is only happening with one website for a bill for some design services.  Requires me to change the expiration date that 1P puts in and it is correct in my credit card list on 1P.

Hi @BenBob,

I'm sorry for the annoyance! Is the website where you're running into this publicly-accessible so 1Password staff can investigate or is the payment form only visible to clients?

Thank yu SimonH - no, unfortunately, it is a private site - billing for design services from my designer.  I don't think it has this problem on public sites.

@BenBob

Thank you for sharing those details. Since the page is not publicly accessible, I'd like to ask you to collect the HTML page structure for this form and share it with our team via email so that we can file a report with our Development team:

1. Navigate to the credit card filling form in question in your web browser. Ensure that the form is blank and has not been filled.

2. Right-click on the form and select 1Password - Password Manager > Help > Collect Page Structure.

3. This will save a collected_page_structure.json file to your Downloads folder. Or prompt you to select where to save the file, depending on how you've set up to download files in your browser.

Attach the JSON file to an email message addressed to support@1password.com
