As the title says, if you try to login here:

https://signin.auth.bild.de

1P doesnt recognize the fields even though login data is saved in 1P.

Any idea?

Hello @Glanni. Thank you for reaching out.

I've done some testing on my end and have been able to recreate the same behaviour. I took a closer look and I can see this website is using some HTML elements called shadow DOM elements. The use of these elements allows one to keep the structure, style, and behaviour of certain sections on a webpage sort of "hidden" from other sections.

In the case of 1Password, unfortunately, it prevents our mechanisms from interacting with those sections of the page to do things like saving and filling a Login item. Our development team is aware of this behaviour and is actively looking into how we can handle it better in the future. I've added your case to our internal report for further investigation.

In the meantime, I suggest using the https://support.1password.com/getting-started-browser/#use-drag-and-drop-to-fill-in-apps feature from the 1Password extension pop-over into the fields.

I hope that helps. Let me know if you have any questions.
