1Password 8.9.4 Crashes when started on MacOS 12.6 running on M1 max Macbook Pro

Question

Every time the application is launched it crashes and provides a crash report. This is a MacOS 12.6 VM running in parallels on a M1max Macbook running 12.6. The vm is a clean install of MacOS and a clean install of 1password 8 via the download not the app store.

How can I attach the crash report. It is too long for a comment and txt files are not allowed as attachments?
