1Password 8 macOS: Issue with Special Characters in quick access

On the Mac version of 1Password 8, I created a collection containing an ampersand (&) in the name. I noticed when I open the drop-down to switch collections in the Quick Access UI, the ampersand does not display.

In the screenshot shown below, the "Steve & Donna" collection renders instead as "Steve Donna" in quick access.
