1Password 8 on Imac not saving new login item & not syncing

Have new Imac Studio which I loaded my old Imac information onto from TimeMachine. 1Password is on new Mac, updated, can open and my information is there in 1Password, but when go to create a new login item it wont and have pop up window with this: We werent able to save your login. We ran into a problem adding your file. Try again or contact 1Password Support for help."

Also, on new Mac it is not syncing as I created a few new test items off of my old Imac and phone on 1Password and this information not syncing in new Imac but is syncing across multiple devises. We have the family plan also.

I deleted the app and downloaded 1Pasword 8 also and to make sure, and same issues.
