1Password app keeps opening randomly on windows laptops

Hi all,
May I request your help please as 1Password app keeps opening randomly and even after closing it, it will open again.
I've disabled the automatic app start but the same issue still!

I'm sorry that 1Password is stealing focus on your Windows PC. Our developers have released a fix in the latest version of 1Password for Windows (8.10.40):

If you still see the issue after updating then please let me know.
