1password app opening multiple times in Chrome

! added the 1password extension to Chrome and pinned it. When i opened it, it kept opening repeatedly. Only way of stopping was removing it from Chrome.

How do i fix this?

OS Version: Windows 11 Pro

Yes I am.
I have removed from Chrome and reloaded. It seems to be ok now.
