1Password autofill "breaks" Hyperkey config in Karabiner Elements & BetterTouchTool

I have set up a key modifier through BetterTouchTool and/or Karabiner Elements -> the "Caps Lock" key is re-assigned to "command-option-shift-ctrl".

However once I trigger the 1Password browser fill action, the "Caps Lock to modifier keys" action is broken. Quitting 1Password will re-enable the desire behavior until the browser fill action is triggered.

For what it's worth, this doesn't seem to be an issue with Hyperkey 0.14, which provides the same functionality to the Caps Lock key.

Also works fine with Karabiner Elements (which I use to remap the Caps Lock key to a Hyper key).

I wasn't able to replicate this consistently with BetterTouchTool. Are you still running into trouble with this?

Hi @Jack_P_1P ,

thanks for the reply. I was on vacation and when I got back I installed the latest macOS 12.4 update, since the update the issue seems to have gone. Although I am currently using the "HyperKey" app that was mentioned in a previous post. I have read in other posts here on the forum that a few people were having issues which seem to be related to localization issues. I am also using a german keyboard/german macOS. Will let you know if the issue comes up again.
