1Password beta freezes computer

More on the extension part. If I log into my 1Password account on the web via the the browser then the extension works. If I try the extension without doing that then the computer freezes.

Hi @1P_Dave, unfortunately 1Password doesn't even come up enough to get to the Diagnostic control. Is there a way to do it from the command line?

Would you be able to get the log files from the device?

1. Open Finder.
2. Click Go in the menu bar at the top of the screen.
3. Click Go to Folder.
4. In the new pop-up window that appears paste:

~/Library/Group Containers/2BUA8C4S2C.com.1password/Library/Application Support/1Password/Data

1. Press return on your keyboard.
2. Find the folder titled `logs' and right-click on it.
3. Click Compress "logs".
4. Attach the logs.zip file that is created to your message.

email those to support@1password.com

I see there are debug and trace options if I start 1Password from the command line. Should I try one of those?
