1Password Browser extension Touch ID not working

Hi there, I am having trouble when trying to autofill in Safari with the Safari extension... It seems that it is not well integrated with the desktop app. Can I send to the team a diagnostics report to fix this problem? Please, tell me how to proceed. Thank you

Hello, I am writing to you regarding a problem I am having with autofilling passwords in Safari. It seems that the 1Password extension for Safari does not allow under any circumstances to make use of the fingerprint to log in. Because of this, I am finding it very tedious to log into any website. I have seen that in some cases they have fixed this problem by requesting a bug report from the user. If you think this can solve my problem, please let me know how to proceed so I can send you my report. Thank you very much

I'm sorry that Touch ID isn't working in 1Password. I see that you wrote that you're using 1Password 7.9.11 which is an older version of the desktop app that is no longer supported. I recommend that you upgrade to 1Password 8:

• Upgrade to 1Password 8

If you already have a 1Password membership, then the upgrade is available to you at no additional cost.

Once upgraded, make sure to enable Touch ID for 1Password 8. Then restart your Mac and try to unlock 1Password using Touch ID. Let me know if that doesn't work.
