1Password Desktop app quits unexpectedly

Question

Hello,
I have the following issue. I currently have installed 1Password version 7 and decided to downloaded 1Password 8 version and install it but the following error message shows up every time I try to open the app and does not let me choose an option and can't use it. I tried to uninstall the app but does not let me do it.

Any help will be greatly appreciate. Thank you

I'm not sure what version of Windows you're running from the details you provided. You'll need to be running Windows 10 or later to be able to use 1Password 8.
