1Password disconnect message issue

On the 1Password app, when the app is disconnected from 1Password's servers, a message displays on the bottom of the screen. 

Tapping the message caused the app to reconnect but the disconnected message stays. 

Is it possible to make this message confirm that connection with the 1Password servers has been re-established?
