Hi @Paulrcheek thanks for reaching out!

I did some testing on my end and found I was able to autofill on the https://app-aus.sigencloud.com/#/accounts/login URL you shared. Can you confirm what browser you’re running into this issue with so I can try to reproduce the behaviour you described?

Can you also confirm that the browser extension is up to date?

Let me know if you have any questions.

Hi, I’m using Safari Version 26.5.2 (21624.2.5.11.8). The browser extension is 1Password for Safari 8.12.29.1

This is occurring on both my MacBook and iMac desktop.

in fact I just got it to work correctly for 1 login attempt. I then shut down safari and restarted it and used the same procedure and it continually failed again.

1Password will open the webpage and populate my username but not fill the password field. I’ve uninstalled the browser app and reinstalled it with no resolution.

I’ve tried Chrome and it also fails to work correctly too, it populates username but not password.

The chrome version is 151.0.7922.76 (Official Build) (arm64) with 1Password extension version 8.12.30.21

Hi @Paulrcheek,

I’ve tested this on my end as well, and found that I was able to successfully fill my saved details when directly clicking the prompt from 1Password on the page.

With that said, when I selected Open and fill for the item directly within the extension, only the email address field filled in when using Safari. In Chrome, however, both fields were filled in each time I tried.

To confirm, are you using the Open and fill function when you’re experiencing this behaviour?
