1password.eu browser session loged out after 10 minutes

I use 1Password.eu at work in the browser, In the settings, I put the Auto-Lock timeout to 300 min. However, I have to re-login after 10 Minuntes. every time. I tried in both Chrome and Edge. the problem is well known and has existed for some time, but has not yet been solved.

I'm sorry that 1Password is locking sooner than expected. It does sound like you're running into a known issue that our development team is currently investigating but I'd like to ask a few questions so that I can confirm that the issue that you're seeing matches the issue that we're investigating:

Can you post a screenshot of the message that you see when 1Password locks?
Do you have 1Password in the browser (the browser extension) installed in the affected browser?

Thank you for the screenshots and additional details. It sounds like you're running into a known issue, where sessions for 1Password.com can expire earlier than your auto-lock settings, that our development team is currently investigating. However, the error message that you're seeing is different from what I would expect you to see.
