1Password extension (Chrome/Edge) not integrating with desktop app.

1password app integration no longer working, for both Chrome and MS Edge on Windows 11.

Steps I have already tried:

  • Removing and reinstalling extensions on both browsers
  • Uninstalling 1password desktop app and reinstalling
  • Toggling integration buttons in both 1password extension and desktop settings.

 

Using 1Password for Windows 8.11.20 (81120039).

I'm sorry that you're seeing a connection issue between 1Password in your Edge and Chrome browsers and the 1Password desktop app. As a first step, please try all of the suggestions in this article: 


If that still doesn't work then, I'd like to ask you to create and share a diagnostics report from 1Password in your Chrome and Edge browsers: 


Attach the diagnostics report to an email message addressed to support@1password.com
