1Password Extension Does Not Unlock

Reopening this thread to provide some more information for the community.

Currently, there exists an issue where unlocking 1Password in the browser won't work if the following conditions are met:

• The 1Password for Mac desktop app menu bar icon is turned off.
• App integration between the browser extension and the desktop app is turned on.
• You choose to use your account password to unlock 1Password in the browser instead of Touch ID or your Apple Watch.

With these conditions, you'll see 1Password in the browser unlock and then lock immediately after you enter your account password into the prompt in your browser. Our developers are aware of the issue and hope to release a fix in the future.

For the time being, turning on the 1Password menu bar icon or using Touch ID / Apple Watch to unlock 1Password in the browser are the two best workarounds.

@1P_Dave appreciate you re-opening this thread and posting the above which was the cause e/ source of my problem. Looking forward to teh fix.

Worth noting, @Kevin_1P was awesome to work with! He dug in, explained this issues and solved my concern.

@1P_Dave , what happened to the rest of the thread where we were conversing about my 1Password fro Safari remains locked? Did you delete it? Did you move it to a new thread, etc.? Please advise.
