1Password Firefox password generator "Copy" button not working

Question

When generating a password clicking the "Copy" button often does not copy the generated password, forcing me to highlight the generated password and CMD+C or right-click > copy.

The password then does not get saved in 1Password as a generated password.

This is very frustrating!

The only way to fix this is to disable the extension and re-enable. But this happens constantly!

Hi @adamjb,I'm sorry for the trouble, it sounds like your extension may be having a hard time syncing with our servers. Can you try the following steps and let me know if it improves things:Right-click the 1Password icon in your browser toolbar and choose Settings.Under General, disable "Integrate with 1Password app".Under Accounts & Vaults, sign out of your account.Sign back into your account.Go back to General, and re-enable "Integrate with 1Password app".Let me know how you get on.
