1Password for Android not offering to create a password on northwesternmutual.com

The Android app didn't offer to create a password when I told northwesternmutual.com that I needed to change my password (because 1Password somehow had the wrong password which happens when I can't make a random password in the app - see how it's recursive?)
So I figured I'll look at the apps menu - nothing! I look lots of places in the app - still nothing!

What am I missing!?

If I'm not missing anything, what standalone app can I use to make random passwords?
