1Password for Mac reopens to the default collection or All Accounts

This is so annoying, the iPhone and iPad versions keep the selected collection however the Mac version repeatedly defaults to all accounts or the primary account whether you lock the vault or not.

How is the minor issue taking over a year to address.  

Latest version user but not bleeding edge…

Same issue here on iOS and macOS.

I’ve made the suggested changes in autofill and it seems to work for iOS but unfortunately not for macOS.

I’m sorry for the confusing experience. This is still on our developer’s radar and hopefully can be fixed soon for 1Password on macOS.

I have been having this same issue on multiple Mac computers. The issue started about 2-3 months ago.

This issue is really annoying and I have to waste a lot of time switching the collection every time I use the app. It was fixed recently for the iOS app but not the Mac app.

It seems that in the past year or so the quality of the 1Password service has gone downhill fast with all of these annoying bugs and changes. I have been using 1Password since around 2014 or so and it used to be that for many years I could count on 1Password to be reliable. I would say that in the last year I have had more issues than I have had for those many years combined. I know software can be tricky, but I am hoping the reliability improves.

Also some feedback about the new Universal autofill update in the browser:

Is there a way to  disable the new Passkey popup at the top center of the browser with the old experience (I have universal turned off)? I preferred the way passkeys used to be shown off to the right side at the top and I was able to use the passkeys with just 1 click. Now when I click on the Passley, macOS is asking me to use Touch ID or enter my password to be able to use the passkeys.

This is a big downgrade and now it’s a lot slower to use passkeys. I often have some websites with several accounts (several passkeys) and this slows down the process of choosing which passkey to use. The long list off to the right side was much better.
