1Password for Safari constantly forgets my Accounts & Vaults settings

See title. Multiple times a week I have to go to the browser extension settings and unselect a vault. Don't know why it keeps turning that vault back on. Of course (though this is a separate issue) what I really want is for collections to return to the browser extension. What is the point of this feature if it's not accessible through the mode I most often access 1Password, ie the browser extension?
