1Password for Windows 8.10.58

Hello,
I recently updated to 1Password for Windows version 8.10.58, and I noticed that the release notes or update details did not mention any feature related to setting an expiry date for items. However, this is a functionality I was expecting or looking forward to.
Could you clarify if this feature exists in the current version or if it is planned for a future update? If it’s already available, guidance on how to use it would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you!

I had also been waiting for it and wanted to test it straight away, but it doesn't work for me as described: "select “+add more” > “Date”. After setting the expiry date, select “Set expiry alert” and choose an alert schedule from the dropdown menu"
There is no "Set expiry alert" or "dropdown menu"

Ok, I think I have the solution. The app has to be completely closed again after the update.
Tested with Windows, MacOS and iOS. After starting it again it appeared.

Hello! 👋

The team is happy to see the excitement for the new expiry alerts feature in 1Password! The feature is currently in the process of being rolled out to all users and we expect to see it available to everyone in the next day or so. Thank you for your patience. 🙂

@Ronso I tried rebooting, but it doesn't seem to work. It might be that the update is being applied sequentially.

On Windows, it was not there for me after the restart either, as it may be due to the fast boot feature or something. After I closed 1Password completely and opened it again, it was also displayed here. But maybe it's a coincidence and the function is being rolled out gradually. That's how it worked for me.

@titans @Ronso

That's right. As Dave said above:

The feature is currently in the process of being rolled out to all users and we expect to see it available to everyone in the next day or so

I'd expect that everyone should have the new feature before too long. :)
