1password in safari doesn't unlock or prompt to unlock

Hi, I’m using 1Password version 8.11.15.3 in Safari (26.5.2) on macOS Tahoe 26.5.2. 

1Password shows that it’s locked at the top of safari window. I go to a webpage and see 1Password locked in the page login entry box.  It doesn’t prompt me to unlock 1Password. It doesn't do anything. If I go to the top of safari menu bar and click on 1Password to unlock, enter the password which unlocks 1Password.  Then I go back to the webpage login info, the 1Password extension then works properly and will fill in the web page.
