1Password is Broken with Duo Mobile

I had done a Full Reset of Settings on my iPhone. After that, 1Password 8 and 7 didn't work anymore. 

I Deleted and reinstalled both Apps and it still doesn't work. Every time I tried, 1Password would go into a loop of wanting to use Duo to Authorise 1Password.

I cannot get past the Authorisation loop. Currently I have only 1Password 8 for iOS installed.

Nothing is working. Setting up a New Account via QR code is broken too.

Before I deleted the Apps I could use 1Password Offline but it's it's unusable now.

  • Double-check your iPhone’s date & time are accurate (can trip up 2FA).
  • Try removing any offline vaults then re‑add your account via QR or recovery method.
  • Revoke Duo access (via web account) and re‑authorize fresh if needed.

Thanks. I just noticed iOS/iPadOS 18.6 which I haven't updated to that version yet. I'm still on iOS 18.5.

Duo has moved to Universal Prompt. I wasn't aware. I think I'm still on Duo's Traditional Prompt. This may or may not be the problem for my Device.

Other devices work.

Nothing works, unfortunately. 

However, my iPhone SE2 is about to be sent to Apple for repairs.
