Question

1Password is not working today

The application is open and unlocked. The button doesn't appear in the log in fields, and the extension just spins when I open it.

I can't attach the current log file as neither the .log or .rtf formats can be added. Unfortunately I don't have the diagnostic tool. It would be handy if it was available through the Help menu.

Hi @TomWolsky

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble. Have you tried restarting your Mac since this problem began? I know it is a bit cliché, but often times it works. If you have, and are still having trouble, please email us the .opdiagnostics file generated from 1Password > Preferences > Advanced > Send Diagnostics. Please email it to support+forum@1password.com, and then post the support ID that you get from BitBot back here so we can 'connect the dots.'

Thanks!

Ben

Rebooting unfortunately didn't help. In fact the Safari extension disappeared. Sent the diagnostics.
