1Password Issues Slowing Down Workflow

I’ve been a longtime user, but recently, my experience has been frustrating. Despite having the latest MacBook, macOS, Google Chrome, and 1Password updates, I’m facing major issues:

• Autofill is unreliable, often missing on login pages, forcing me to open the app manually.
• 1Password takes nearly 20 seconds to load, slowing my workflow on chrome.
• No option to pin 1Password to my Mac’s menu bar, making access harder.

These problems are a major bottleneck. What can you do to help? Everythings been awful lately. I need a fix ASAP. Any helpful tips, do they have calls where an agent can help w/ this stuff? I'v been trouble shooting for over an hour.
