1Password Keyboard Shortcuts conflict with Keyboard Maestro commands

Question

When I enable the Show 1Password and Show Quick Access Keyboard Shortcuts (in Setting / General), they conflict with various KM commands, even if the commands are not the same.

For example, if Show Password is CMD-1 & I trigger a KM macros with CTL-OPT-CMD-A, 1Password gets shown, not the target KM macro. If I type CMD-1, 1Password gets shown as expected.

When I disable the 1Password shortcuts (by leaving them blank), the conflict resolves.

Anyone else seeing this problem or know of a resolution?

Versions

1Password for Mac 8.11.0. (81100025, on BETA channel).

Keyboard Maestro version 11.0.4

For example, if you change the shortcut for "Show 1Password" or "Show Quick Access" to shortcuts that use other keys do you see the same issue?Does the same issue occur if you set the shortcuts that you're using for 1Password for another app (if you have another app with configurable shortcuts)?
