Hello!

Today or yesterday 1Password Mac 7.9.11 and iOS 7.10.2 stopped syncing data.

Windows: 7.9.836 -  still working.

Is this the final end for 1Password 7?

As for the Mac(7.9.11) and iOS(7.10.2) versions, I'm having exactly the same problem.

Hello @aostapchuk and @belbern! 👋

I'm sorry to hear that items created or updated in 1Password 7 for iOS or macOS aren't appearing on your other devices. 1Password 7 is a legacy version of the app and is no longer actively updated or supported, as our development efforts are focused on the current 1Password 8 app.

We've recently identified an issue that can prevent changes made in 1Password 7 on iOS and macOS from syncing to your 1Password account. Our development team is actively working on addressing the issue, and I'll update this thread as soon as more information is available.

In the meantime, please avoid signing out of 1Password 7, as doing so could result in any unsynced changes being lost.

Hello folks,

Our development team has identified an issue where items created or modified using a legacy version of 1Password (version 7 on macOS and iOS) would fail to sync to your 1Password account without a visible error. Our team has identified the cause and has implemented a fix on the service side.

Please lock and unlock 1Password 7 on all devices to ensure that your items are saved to your 1Password account and then check to make sure that you see all of your items when you log in to your 1Password account on 1Password.com (in the browser, not the app).

Going forward, since 1Password 7 is no longer being updated or tested, after verifying that you see all of your items on 1Password.com, we recommend that you upgrade to 1Password 8 on all of your devices: Upgrade to 1Password 8 Support

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience while we worked to resolve this issue. If you continue to experience issues, or run into any problems while upgrading to 1Password 8, please send an email to support@1Password.com along with a link to this thread and our team can help further.
