1password not filling username on specific page - dnsfilter.com - 2024

I'm unable to use autologin with Dnsfilter.

The main login page is https://app.dnsfilter.com/login which it fills in correctly. But then I'm bounced to https://app.dnsfilter.com/two-factor. On this page it fills in the 2FA code but it something must not be correct because it takes me back to the main login page.

I can enter the credentials manually or using a different password manager and they work. Any thoughts?

Hello, @jhozeska. Thank you for reaching out.

I've tested the website and have been able to recreate the same behaviour. The problem appears to be related to the new Autosubmit feature. I've filed a new issue for our development team and added you as an affected user to our internal reporting for further investigation.

In the meantime, I recommend turning off Autosubmit for this specific website. Here's how:

Navigate to https://app.dnsfilter.com/login.
Click the 1Password icon in your browser's toolbar.
On the DNSFilter Login item, click the three dots ( ⋮ ) for more options and select Don't sign in automatically.
