1Password not popping up on login page

Question

On this news site, on which I have an account and username set an entered in 1Password (I checked), when I place my cursor in the email field, nothing from 1Password pops up, despite the fact that I am using Safari and I have the Safari 1Password plug-in installed.

It is very annoying when I am having so many troubles with 1Password, an app that is supposed to make an overly complicated thing (passwords) much simpler.

Hi @Timothy_Arends,I'm sorry for the delay in getting back to you. I have done some testing on this page and I'm having a hard time replicating the issue.What I do notice in your screenshot is that there doesn't appear to be a 1Password icon in your browser toolbar. Can you open Safari and in the top left hand corner of your screen next to the apple choose Safari > Settings and click on the Extensions tab. Do you see 1Password for Safari listed here?
