1password not updating ios from mac

Tried to log into my bank on my iPhone, when I checked 1password on Mac the iOS version had wrong info, both are v.8 with subscription.
What's best way to update the iOS app info?
Are they supposed to keep in sync?

1Password Version: Mac 8.10.20, iOS 8.10.21
Extension Version: Not Provided
OS Version: Mac 13.5.2, iOS 17.1.2
Browser: Not Provided

I'm sorry that you're not seeing the same items on your Mac and iPhone, that definitely doesn't sound right. I've replied to the email that you also sent in, let's continue the conversation there.
