1Password not using correct login fields
I Really like the 1 password product, but holy cow is it a pain sometimes with regards to using the correct login fields.
It doesn't even use the correct field when in it's own web pages! I could not get into this community forum. I tried resetting my password which by the way there is no direct clearly defined button for. When asking for my email, (not my username which I think should be the case) 1Password would not fill in an email address, only a username, which even though I have been in the forums previously, and have a username associated with the page, it offered the incorrect usernames only. Seriously? Then it took almost 45 minutes for the email to be generated. Meanwhile I'm getting very irritated.
This is why most of my family won't bother to use the product, even though I'm paying for it. Half of them use a piece of paper with P/w's written on them and the others are still using google thinking they are using 1pass...... AAAAARRRGGGHH.
The other issue is that 1password probably gets the username wrong half the time, or it just will not recognize the fields being requested. I've tried updating the account information, the web pages, etc, to no avail.
Am I the only one with these problems??
