1Password Not Working on Windows 11

Question

Hi, I’m new to 1Password. It works fine on my mobile device, but I can’t get it to work on my Windows 11 laptop.

When I attempt to sign in, it tells me my credentials are invalid. These same credentials work on my mobile device.

I’ve tried checking for updates in the app, but there aren’t any. Version is 8.10.6.

Could someone please let me know what I need to do to get this to work on my laptop? That’s the main reason I bought this product but so far no joy.
