1Password on New phone won't scan QR code from 1Password on old phone

Well, for whatever reason, I was able to scan the QR code off my laptop, as opposed to my old phone.  (I had tried boosting the brightness on the old phone as well, but no dice).  Situation resolved, but weird that new phone didn't see the old phone's QR code on the screen.

I'm sorry that you weren't able to scan the QR code from your old phone using 1Password on your new phone. So that I can better understand the situation can you tell me the following: 

1. What version of 1Password are you using on both phones: Find the version numbers for 1Password and your operating system
2. Are both phones Android devices? 

I'm glad that you were able to workaround the issue using your laptop.
