1Password Opening in strange ways

I recently upgraded to 8.12.4.46 Chrome extension and 1Password is opening in a strange place and not fully for a few seconds. So when I start typing, it takes over the screen and prevents me from continuing to type. Any ideas what is going on and how I can get it back to the way it worked before? This also happens in Firefox as well.

Hi @Skijackz

Just to let you know, 8.12.10.36 is the latest version of the 1Password Chrome extension, so it looks like you may be a few versions behind there. It's important to note that in Firefox 8.12.4.46 is the current latest version, so you won't be able to update there. 

Could you make sure you're on 8.12.10.36 on Chrome, and let us know if the issue persists?

 

In addition, could you let me know whether this happens on all webpages, or only specific ones? If it's only specific ones, could you share an example URL with me so i can test this on my end?

Similar problem in Chrome for the last few days.  Restart of Chrome allows it to work for some time (under a day so far).

Autofill is empty, and clicking on the extension yields a blank box.

At 8.12.10.36.  I did find Chrome needed an update. 
Was at 147.0.7727.57
Updated to 147.0.7727.102

Restart of Chrome.  1password extension working again, but it did after the last restarts of Chrome as well.  Will update if further extension issues occur.

 I upgraded to the latest and still there. Doesn't matter the browser or webpage I'm on. Same experience on both Firefox and Chrome

Send a diagnostics report (browser extension)

Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to: support@1password.com
