1Password Performance Issue in The Latest Version

I’ve recently encountered significant performance issues with the latest version of 1Password on Windows (version 8.10.80.23). The application lags noticeably across all my Windows devices after updating to this version. Interestingly, this issue does not occur on version 8.10.70, which I’ve tested thoroughly for comparison.

Additionally, while I haven't seen lag on my MacBooks, I’ve observed that they start to heat up abnormally when 1Password is running, which wasn’t the case with previous versions.

I have recorded a live video demonstrating the performance difference between versions 8.10.70 and 8.10.80.23. I would like to share this video with your team privately to assist in your investigation. Could you please let me know the best and most secure way to share this video with you?

Just noticed that 1Password has started to crash on iPhone as well! It crashes randomly while autofilling.

Version : 8.10.81

As you suggested, I’ve sent an email to support@1password.com and included a link to this thread. However, it’s been over 20 minutes and I haven’t received any response from BitBot yet.

I’m wondering if this might be because I already have an open support ticket from yesterday regarding a different issue!?

Could you please let me know how to proceed?
