1Password Popup won't Open up

Hi I have an issue when visiting infinity.icicibank.com in safari , the one password fill icon shows up but would never open, its not an issue with other sites

If I reinstall the extension it seems to work briefly. What could be the issue?

Hi @Rammuraly,

I see on icicibank.com that there's a toggle at the top to use the new version or the old version of the website. Which version are you using and which type of account are you trying to log in to (e.g., personal, corporate, Money2India, etc.)? I just want to make sure I'm accurately testing if I can reproduce what you're seeing. Thanks!

Hi @1P_SimonH it happens on both version as far as I tried. I use Personal option to login

If i try to reset my safari browser extension then the popup works once but dies on subsequent attemps though

Thanks for the reply. I suspect that you're running into a known issue with 1Password in Safari. The next time that the issue occurs can you try opening the website in a new tab? Does that get things working?

Hi I’m not using the new version but the result was same in both versions . Also I use Personal. Hope this is helpful
