1Password Safari Extension broken

I have an iPhone 15 Pro with the latest version of 1Password, iOS (26.4.1) and the Safari extension (8.12.10.36) installed. As of a day or so ago, 1Password does not offer to fill usernames and extensions on multiple websites. There is no icon within the username or password fields. I have force closed Safari and 1Password. I have uninstalled and reinstalled 1Password. Sometimes I will see the icon to fill a username put tapping it only activates Face ID, but then nothing happens.

It is an intentional change, for better or for worse:

The inline menu for the 1Password browser extension in Safari is now hidden if you use 1Password as your system autofill provider.

I’m not talking about menu options. I’m talking about the apps primary function.

I see the same behavior. Very annoying.  Extensions > 1Password > pick login item works. So does picking from the keyboard menu. Just the Safari text field option is broken. The benefit of this option is it works for sites that split username and password on separate screens it automatically fills in password on second screen without picking the item again. The other options don't do this.

Please fix.

@spedf22

As Michael mentioned, the inline menu is now turned off if you have native iOS AutoFill enabled to prevent conflicts between the two different filling technologies. The menu that I'm referring to is this one:

You can fill your logins using iOS AutoFill instead: Use 1Password to save logins and sign in to apps and websites on your iPhone and iPad

Since we already have an existing thread for this here, I'll close this one.
