1Password Safari Extension Disappeared

Hi.....
1P was working fine in Safari, but after an update, the extension has disappeared. I tried to re-download, but the App Store seems to think I already have it, even though it doesn't show up in my extensions.

Do you have a fix?

1Password Version: 1Password for Mac 8.10.7 (81007041)
Extension Version: ???
OS Version: macOS 12.6.6
Browser:_ Safari

Hey @rcornish,

I'm sorry for the trouble, can you give these steps a try and let me know if it gets things back on track:

  1. Make sure you are running the latest version of 1Password 8 for Mac.
  2. Open 1Password 8 for Mac.
  3. Click the Help menu and choose Troubleshooting, followed by Fix Missing Safari Extension.
    • This will rebuild the launch services database and allow you to enable 1Password under Safari > Preferences > Extensions.
