1Password Safari Extension not unlocking

In Sequoia 15.6.1 with the 1Password version 1Password for Mac 8.11.10 and Safari Extension version 8.11.8.40 We are seeing on multiple machines, unlocking the app, iisn'tresulting in the Safari extension unlocking automatically, and we must click the extension icon for that to happen.  This isn't an issue for any other browser on the same systems, and the app is set to control the browsers.  This has been an issue for about a month now.  Is it known, and is it being addressed?

Thank you for reporting the issue, our team is aware of an issue where 1Password for Safari's browser icon won't update until after you click on it after you unlock the desktop app and a bug report is open to get this fixed in the future. 

I've added your report to our internal work item for the issue. I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
