1password still asks for an account password although set to Never do it

I have these setting in 1password app and I thought that this should be enough to never ask me for a password but only use FaceID

But it seems like every time i open the app, once in a couple of days, it still asks for a password! It just drives me crazy. I never want to enter the password, I just want to use FaceID.
How can I finally accomplish this?

I'm sorry that you're being prompted for your account password more often than expected. Even if you set "Confirm my account password" to "Never", you might still be asked for your account password in certain cases such as:

  • If your face isn’t recognized five times in a row
  • If you reset Face ID or set up an alternate appearance on your device

Can you tell me if you might have run into one of these cases? If you haven't then can you tell me if you're being prompted to enter your account password when you open the main 1Password app from the home screen, when filling using iOS AutoFill, or when using 1Password for Safari?

After I confirmed all the settings and rebooted the device it seems to work just fine so far
