1Password will not auto populating username

I'm sorry that you're running into issues with filling your username. I can't reproduce the issue here on my end. Can you confirm that you're trying these steps:

1. Go to https://www.simplii.com/en/home.html
2. Click Sign On.
3. Click in the card number field and click the suggestions from 1Password:

Thank you. This works.

I was using the following link that takes me directly to a different Sign On screen (https://online.simplii.com/ebm-resources/public/simplii/online-banking/client/index.html#/auth/signon). Using this link, when I clicked in the Card Number field, all my other banks would appear as options except for Simplii so I'd have to copy and paste the card number.

Using the link you provided, I have to first click the "Sign On" button in the upper right corner, but then the fields autofill. Happy with this solution. Thanks very much for your help.

Thank you for posting that link. I can reproduce the issue on that page, it looks like 1Password is suggesting credit card items for the "Card number" field on that page instead of a login item.

I've filed an issue with our development team to have them look into fixing that behaviour. For the time being, using the link that I posted is the best workaround. 🙂
