1Password window not showing on MacOS

I've been using 1Password for many years.

Today, I tried opening the main 1Password window from the menu bar icon but it doesn't display. I tried "Show All Windows" and it just shows "No windows to display".

Both the Quick Access window and the Settings window do display as expected.

I'm on 8.12.2. Anyone else having this issue?

Good news. After updating to 8.12.5 from 8.12.2, the situation is resolved. Thanks!

Hello @7LJmAmhNstar! 👋

I'm sorry that 1Password for Mac's main window isn't opening. If you right-click on the 1Password menu bar icon and click Settings are you able to open the Settings window instead? If you can then I'd like to ask you to create and share a 1Password diagnostics report from your Mac:

Send a diagnostics report (Mac)

Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to support@1password.com

With your email please include:

You should receive an automated reply from our BitBot assistant with a Support ID number.  Please post that number here.  Thanks very much!
