Question

1Pw just flashes when I try to log in

It was easier to create a video but I am running on a Mac Mini with an Intel core chip.  That has caused issues with 1P before.

When I open an online app to login, the 1PW pops up but disappears almost immediately.  I created a Zoom video on what I am seeing.

Hello again @JanFromEarth 👋

Thanks for sharing the video – I've removed it for your privacy, but I was able to watch it first. The video definitely communicates how quickly 1Password is flashing before disappearing. I have a few follow-up questions that will help us troubleshoot this:

  • Is this happening on other websites, or just Intuit?
  • Does this happen in other browsers with the 1Password extension installed?
  • What version of macOS are you using? You can find this by selecting the Apple icon in the upper-left -> About This Mac.
  • What version of the 1Password extension are you using? You can find this by right-clicking/two finger-clicking the 1Password icon in Chrome -> select Settings -> select About.
  • What version of Chrome are you using? You can find this by selecting the Chrome menu in the upper left -> About Google Chrome.

Sorry to give so much homework, but this will help us understand what might be going on!
