Sometimes, but not always, when I click on the 1PW lock symbol in a site's password field, I get no response. I try to click multiple times but 1PW does not open. I have to open the app from the extension's menu bar icon and then copy/paste into the fields.

I'm sorry that you're running into issues with autofill in Safari. Our development team is aware and are working with our friends at Apple on a fix.
For the time being, opening the website in a new tab or restarting Safari should get things working again when you do run into the issue. Let me know if that doesn't work.
