2FA Different on Windows vs Android App

I have been struggling to log into one of my apps, 2FA was not being accepted, I used a backup code and got in and removed 2FA, I then re created it and scanned from the phone, the code generated worked but I noticed as it sync'd to the windows app the code there is completely different (not just slow to sync etc.) 

I did this again, removed all, loaded again, the one on the phone is the correct one but the one on the windows app is wrong. Browser Extension, Windows app and online 1Password are all the same (all wrong) - Android app is different to them and correct.

This is very concerning - and there seems no way to reach out to 1passowrd besides this forum or a AI bot which is useless. - not great to be honest.

Support emailed back - updated region settings from UK to South Africa and seems to have fixed it. 

Regions affected it.

I have just checked other services, all my codes are different on Windows app vs Android app

I have investigated more and can see the OTP secret key on the android app and windows app is the same BUT the windows app displays something different. 

If I put the secret key into 2FAS is shows the same code as 1Password Android App

Support emailed back - updated region settings from UK to South Africa and seems to have fixed it.
