2FA with PayPal fails

If I try to use the generated one-time-password I always get the message that something is wrong with the code.
This issue is bound to one account.
I tried to log in to that account in browser on Mac and on Android Mobile device

Tried with another account and that worked in both browsers.

I already tried to set up the 2FA again twice, but still get the same issue.

Thanks for letting us know about this. Just to confirm, are you generating two-factor codes for both PayPal accounts with 1Password? Let me know, and I'll be able to take a closer look.

Hey Jack,

yes I created one for each account With 1Password.

And I just had the idea to redo adding the 2FA again, but this time i did this on my smartphone, not on my MAC, and now it works.

Before I only tried to log in on different devices, but not the activation itself.

So this case is fixed for me now, but if you need more information to reproduce, please let me know.
