Why is "Manage Access" for one of my created Vaults grayed out and unavailable?

Thanks for checking that @gregweir

Seeing "Everyone in your family has access to this vault" would indicate that this is the default shared vault. You can rename the default shared vault, but you can't manage access the way you can with user created shared vaults.

If you were planning to change access levels to the items in this vault, the best option might be to move those items into a new vault then update access as needed. Let us know if you have any questions, or if there's anything we can help with.

Hi @gregweir, welcome to the Community. Thanks for writing in.

Where you'll often see Manage Access grayed out is with the default shared vault in a family account, or if the vault was created by someone else and shared with you. From your description it sounds like that's not the case but I'd appreciate if you could double check.

If it's not the case, could I ask where you're seeing Manage Access grayed out? If you're using 1Password on multiple devices could you also check if you can manage it from one but not another? Thanks again!

Thanks, I checked. Same issue using the mobile app.  This not the "Private" folder. Its another one that I think I created, or if it was a default folder of some kind, I was able to rename it. It appears in the left column with all my other Vault folders. It also has the little "people" icon to the right like all of the others. But when I mouse over the "people" icon, the popup says - "Everyone in your family has access to this vault", whereas all of the others say - "3 people have access to this vault"
